I ensure safety and quality on the Uber platform daily through background check adjudications. Utilizing the Checkr and DocApprover platforms and an extensive internal database, I compare submitted earner information against hiring standards at over twice the departmental goal speed.I served as a Culture Captain as part of the Talent Development Program's peer engagement initiatives. Each week, I conducted virtual activities among employee interest groups. I worked with other Culture Captains as well as a separate leadership team for this auxiliary role.In March 2022, I was selected as a winner of the H2 2021 Support Superstar award for going above and beyond for customer obsession, making the extra effort to support users on the Uber platform.
