Provide additional support to improve and modernize initial skills training for aircraft maintenance specialties at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.• Built learning motivations survey with sub-scales of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, personal control & task value. Results drove course changes & rewards methods to enhance student outcomes.• Designed longitudinal experiment for statistical testing which showed significant increase in student retention of information both short & long-term for new learning methodology.• Augmented another Career Development Manager and produced F-15 & F-16 augmented reality courses. Enabled a low-cost immersive maintenance training aid to the initial skills school for all Avionics career fields.

Ensured consistency of operations for traveling teams conducting readiness inspections at 50 locations across the globe.• Led the implementation of two new system evaluations for United States Air Force aircraft. Provided accurate fleet survivability forecasts to DoD & Air Force executives for planning.• Collaborated with senior leadership and developed future personnel, funding & basing forecasts to support the 2024 expansion of the COMBAT SHIELD program to all combat airframes. Special assignment with the Defense Intelligence Agency and Department of State responsible for the management and coordination of Department of Defense diplomatic mission in Slovakia.• Information operations program manager leading inter and intra office strategy sessions. Coordinated information requests & requirements from multiple customers and produced action plans. Oversaw 180% increase in office productivity over two years.• Automated the aircraft overflight & landing tracking & reporting process with MS Access saving 40 hours/week.

Baghdad, Iraq

Special assignment with the Defense Intelligence Agency and Department of State responsible for the management and coordination of Department of Defense diplomatic mission in Iraq.• Negotiated with the Iraqi Civil Aviation Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Air Defense Command, in cooperation with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, to acquire automatic clearance for U.S. government overflights & medical evacuations. Agreements also saved the U.S. Government $7.2M in usage fees.• Provided for & facilitated approximately 250 diplomatic visits of over 1,000 personnel, including senior officials, on behalf of the White House, Congress, the Department of State & the Department of Defense.
