Responsible for B2B Marketing & Commercialization.- Product Strategy and offer evolution.- Price determination and P&L product stablishment.- Go to market activities, depending on the Place of commercialization.- Promotion (newsletters, internal releases, web placement, and ATL / BTL campaings).- Commercial performance monitoring.

Lead and manage the definition, launching and integration of new strategic services, collaborating with other areas (Marketing, Sales, Financial,...) through the proyect lifecycle (analyzing/proposing requirements of/to Business Units, identifyng needs and defining technical solutions, third parties management -providers-, supporting the economical.

Depending on the Head of Network Planning and Deployment department, I was in charge of elaborating and executing a plan in order to optimize the capex investments and deployments, anticipating critical needs (in serveral subnetwork layers) and maintaining the service quality under target indicators.

In charge of execution of the first contract of the company in Spain, the scope of my responsabilities were defined in order to ensure the project success: project management, customer interface, office team management (up 6 people), recruitment, budget control, change requests analysis and related offers elaboration.
