Comprehensive Health and Safety Process (CHSP) Co-Chair is in charge of promoting safety and wellness with UPS employees as well as organize meetings and delegation of demonstrations and communication with its' members to other employees. The Trainer/Driver Trainer position stays in touch and coordinates with HR regarding new hire orientation on policies, safety topics, and welcoming to UPS. The trainer position also schedules,communicates with management, and conducts any expiring training to stay current with UPS Policies and OSHA Regulations. The driver trainer position assists and conducts preventative and post accident/injury follow up training with UPS drivers and helps to determine root causes for the accidents/injuries as well as communicate preventative methods to other employees regarding current crash/injury trends.
