-Administer the Budget/Forecast Cycle;-Liaise with Accounting team to facilitate period-closing processes;-Organize the Daily Margin Tracker in partnership with Ops teams;-Ensure adherence to calendar, consistency, and quality of financial performance information;-Proactively spot and highlight trends & variances to produce analysis;-Understand and evaluate drivers behind variances to Budget/Forecast/Prior period;-Offer support to Site management, Accounting, Regional FPA and Accounting teams, both in business-as-usual processes as well as ad-hoc requests;-Generating non-standard financial reports (business cases, sensitivity analysis, pricing-related tasks, Capex requests) etc.

- Business analysis of on-going projects, connecting business units and the remaining areas, defining processes and solutions for the upgrade of the operations’ quality, price reduction and general optimization;- Business objectives’ analysis, requirements’ specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns;- Analysis of the business guidelines and solutions development for the optimization of the company’s current resources, such as databases, telecommunications or others;- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports;- Interpreting the reports results and communicating them to management;- Identify risks in the various projects and suggests ways of internal control, to mitigate the associated risks;- Development of KPI files for all the unit’s projects;- Internal analysis (productivity, costs, forecasts, profitability, etc.);- Follow and answer eventual requests by the operational coordination of the various projects, either on a reporting level;- Promote the development of support and monitoring tools for the operational management;- Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the projects(s) results;
