    A new adventure began by developing and integrating business with ITL group, argentinean holding of Exolgan Container Terminal - at Dock Sud in Buenos Aires; Exologística - with logistics parks PLEE + PLS in Buenos Aires operating national warehousing and distribution, DFI - Integrated Bonded Warehouse in Avellaneda; and LPI as the real estate company of the group for logistics infrastructure development. In this role, I multitasked between maintaining and developing new clients, with focus on DFI bonded warehousing services. I learnt everything about export consolidation services with commodities markets (fruits, minerals, grains and cereals), creating audiovisual content in LinkedIn for their respective campaigns. I proactively participated in the developing of de-consolidation service for FCL and LCL imports. Together with the PM and Sponsor of the project, we designed billing items for system start up, provide proper market intelligence in addition to go-to-market strategy targeting the biggest consolidators operating in Argentina. 2021 was a critical year for logistics worldwide, post covid-19 pandemic the global supply chain was disrupted by huge delays on maritime transport and port congestions. Handling stress and critical operations on a daily basis triggered my anxiety disorder again – this time with a deeper crisis. But with remarkable lessons, I felt supported by my co-worker and natural leader of the team Betiana Luján – who coached me to go through this and also to acknowledge that it was time to take care of my mental health. I took my medical license, after 6 months of treatment with my therapist and psychiatrist and moving from Buenos Aires to Cordoba with my family, I finally recovered balance in my life. As a result of this alchemical transformation, with strength and resilience I decided it was time to move forward to the life I always wanted – moving to a foreign country to start again, connecting with nature and my creative abilities.

    After looking for new opportunities in Buenos Aires, I got to know César Speratti from Crane Worldwide Logistics Argentina. And a new an unexpected milestone came in; I became a Sales Manager. And it has been an incredible adventure of continuing growth, overcoming personal and professional challenges. Few months after starting to work in Crane I was diagnosed with GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), and thanks to the support of my co-workers, family and friends I could transcend it and achieve the most remarkable results in my career so far. Crane Worldwide Logistics is a mid-size private company based in Houston, specialized in value added services. I added to my background in freight forwarding what I consider the most exciting and complex part of logistics: customs brokerage and trade services, warehousing, distribution, project cargoes. By listening with the intent of learning – one of Crane’s core values – I developed business with my team closing important projects on 2020: by giving customs brokerage and trade services to the awarded company in Argentina to import and install the 6th fiber optic submarine cable which duplicates Internet capabilities for the country, cleared in 72 hours challenging covid-19 pandemic delays. By implementing and operating in agrochemicals peak season a contract of warehousing and distribution for a top company of this industry. 2020 also led us to develop a new industry in our customs brokerage portfolio, pharma. Also implemented during covid-19 pandemic, reaching their KPIs after 2 months operating which gave us the chance to get specialization on a brand new niche: biological samples logistics, helping client’s patients to have full visibility of their samples and results to start a treatment for a previous complex diagnose. We learnt to manage marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and create content, to accelerate selling with the support of our corporate team. And keeps going! In this case, Etercor has distribution licenses for top telecom and hi-tech companies, also operating in Tierra del Fuego for air-conditioner equipment assembly. I collaborated on the logistics supplies follow up for this facility and learned pretty much about the extensive and complex interventions for foreign trade on hi-tech industry specifically. I had to control all the import and export needed documents for products clearance in Argentina, interact with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks and governmental authorities involved for import licenses and third organisms’ interventions as well. I did the follow up of the electrical safety process for each product and I was also responsible for the international payments to vendors: wire transfers, letters of credit according to BCRA, AFIP and DGA regulations. Being on "client's side" was a great experience to understand and improve timelines on the interactions with all the participants on the supply chain. But still, I found out that what I enjoy the most is helping with logistics and provide service to diverse industries with different necessities.
