Strategic Options Optimization Fort Knox: 7 months - Fairbanks and Toronto: Owner of economic trade-offs studies that contributed to East Wall pushback approval improving scoping study of Gilmore project (approved after FS 06/18) to support a positive decision on further drilling in summer 2017. 3. Russia Region Achieving Excellence (AISC reduction): 3 months - Chukotka, Russia; 2 months Toronto: Led to an improvement of $40-60/oz. Focused on regional synergies between mines and mill optimization such as process controls. Worked daily with external consulting group and Kinross employees from operator to manager level.4. COO/CTO Support: 14 months – Toronto.Part-time role responsible for coordinating quarterly material owned by COO and CTO (board presentations, quarterly operations updates, and operations leadership team meetings). Redesigned content to fit style of the new COO and CTO who started in January 2017.

Performed lab metallurgical tests to determine potential adverse flotation effects.• Identified opportunities to improve dispatch system by performing a truck cycle time study. Results indicated dispatch had shortcoming preventing idle times and shovel and was inaccurate report speeds on a portion of the fleet.

Experiment resulted in further consideration of the reagent.• Executed a down the bank study to understand relative performance of the roughers with regards to Cu/Mo recovery. Results indicated opportunity to improve performance of the back end of the bank and reoccurring challenges with the level control system.
