• Participate in organisational change. E.g., analysing and setting the internal communication channel, enhancing the procedure of operation, corporate core value & branding, etc. • Oversee digital marketing division, to embrace market change and customer engagement channels. • Product development by sourcing & introducing new products and new markets (target audience). I.e., oversee the new product, metal roofing sheets and related products, and enhance the trading department.• Collaborate between stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, coworkers, etc. to ensure the flow of communication and deliver the company value to each party.

• Oversee Procurement, Quality Control & Logistics Department.• Ensure that the organisation’s Quality Management System conforms to the customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements as a management representative and lead auditor.• Plan, monitor, and analyse the supply chain for adequate support to the project and cost savings.• Work closely with external and internal parties, from supplier to site supervisor, to ensure goods are delivered on time and of the correct quality.

• To plan and monitor overseas and local projects with project value up to USD one million. • To purchase quality control and shipping on pre-fabricated components, especially steel products, to the poultry house. • Work closely and collaborate with the engineering team from France, the site supervisor and the client from overseas.

• Assist the operation manager with production planning and logistic arrangements.• To supervise an average of 30 people in production. • Verify the information received from the customer and distribute it to production.• Collaborate with the customer for the order details, and delivery schedule and build up a business relationship.
