I head up the “tier 1” ranked Employment team at Greenwoods. I am considered a leading employment expert by both the legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and have a wealth of experience advising on all aspects of employment law. I deliver accurate and insightful solutions when you need them.I also recognise the importance of the human element in any employment matter. I have a degree in Psychology and am a trained counsellor. My skill is therefore to deliver practical solutions that will actually work in the highly complex field of human relationships.Having undertaken a number of secondments at major household name organisations, working side by side with large and sophisticated HR teams, I understand how legal advice can best be tailored to suit both the commercial needs of the client and the practical realities of working life. I have developed particular expertise in helping clients successfully navigate their way through large scale business re-organisations and difficult TUPE transfers.In addition to my employment law expertise, I have significant experience advising on data privacy. I have advised clients on a diverse range of issues including the effective handling of subject access requests, management of data breaches and the use of privacy notices and data protection policies.I'm a Man Utd fan and also a keen runner, having completed a couple of marathons, numerous half marathons as well as triathlons at various distances.
