• Pivotal member of the government response for mass testing in Liverpool. Working in partnership with members from outside organisations and the public. Organising, testing and informing 800+ people per day in one of the largest testing sites in Liverpool. Using a range of interpersonal skills dealing with the public in an informative and compassionate way, ensuring a fair distribution of tasks and ensuring strict health and safety guidelines were adhered to in a high pressure and demanding environment. This resulted in a large reduction in cases in the North West of England.• Leading a team of 8. Being responsible for carrying out inspections to ensure all equipment was functional and in good working order. Utilising managerial and organisational skills, communicating with the supply chain to request and collect supplies in order to ensure operations are carried out efficiently, and the team was effectively supplied for the range of tasks we had to complete• Collecting and recording accurate and timely information in austere, high pressure environments. This involved high discipline, a keen eye for detail to then distribute and present our findings to senior management to assist with operational and strategic planning in order to ensure the success of the mission.

• Conducting high profile ceremonial duties to diplomats and international partners. This required a high level of discipline while on duty, a keen eye for detail and maintaining proactive approach with a large workload to ensure my uniform is at the highest standard. This supported the Government’s diplomatic aims and provided a good first impression to international guests.• Carried out Ceremonial Duties outside Buckingham Palace, St James Palace and Windsor Castle. Remaining completely professional at all times when dealing with members of the public• Member of a proactive team working in physically grueling conditions. Using a strong level of interpersonal skills to work as a team and provide a good output, sustaining good team morale and focus resulting in a highly productive and enthusiastic team.
