I am a Macau-based real estate professional. I've been in this industry for over 17 years. I help my clients who include individuals and corporates, expats and locals, seeking rental and investment property in the Macau and neighbouring Hengqin Island area. Ambiente Properties also run FirstLook and Orientation tours in these locations for those considering to move or invest there.Ambiente's consulting services include market rent assessment reports, marketing strategy and broker opinion valuations. We also offer a property management service for our portfolio of international property investment clients. In Macau, for local property owners Ambiente provides tenanting, management and asset disposal services, market rent assessments and other real estate related consulting.My original career was in hospitality management. I've held senior management positions at five-star hotels and private members’ clubs in Bermuda, Dubai, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. I can therefore relate to and understand the needs of many of my clients from overseas who come to work and live in the region. Born in Malaysia to British parents I grew up in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. My family has connections with Hong Kong and Macau going back over 60 years, so I am very familiar with multiple Asian cultures. I have an MBA from Cranfield, England, an MSc. in International Hotel Management, and am a qualified marketeer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. I hold real estate licenses for both Hong Kong and Macau and am a regular contributor to lifestyle publications on property-related topics.As a founding member of training company Connect Communication Hong Kong I've been their Director of Business for the past 19 years. I continue to promote and support Connect in business development and offer training for clients in networking skills and dining etiquette. In my spare time I like to pursue my passion for collecting old Asian furniture.
