CurrentAfter a year working on the design and communication for Estal, I was promoted to lead and develop the Make a Mark project, a cutting-edge platform created to push the boundaries of innovation, sustainability and design for luxury packaging. Employed by 3 leading global companies that created the project - Avery Dennison, Estal and Leohnard Kurz - I was appointed to manage all aspects of the business unit, from marketing & communication to finance and budgets, managing external suppliers, designers and brands, as well as the internal workflow, events, overall project management and administration, reporting into the general managers and collaborating with the key stakeholders of the 3 companies.Main responsibilities include:Manage and implement strategies and timelines for multi-channel projects, launches and events at global level.Create and implement a reporting process among the three companies to make sure processes are streamlined and agile.Liaise and manage relations with participating designers and external suppliersEnsure sustainable practices are always implemented and respected.Creation of communication campaigns and press releases.Set and implement guidelines of luxury standards for the display, shipping, handling and storage of sample bottles and display material.Multi-language daily interactions, translation and support for ad hoc territory-led campaigns and public relations. Measure the effectiveness of events and actions through analysis, ROI, and track-progress of projects.Create sponsoring campaigns and manage project sponsors.Content and assets creation for external and internal communication as well as marketing and events collateral.Orchestrate the overall production and curate standards of materials while procuring best prices with producers, look after the roll-outs with the external agencies, manage shows and events with strategic support teams.
