Worked within a small team to contribute to Starbucks success by being a part of the design effort around the overall online presence. This included such things as the redesign of starbucks.com, in-store LCD Screens, first version of the mobile app and visual designs to support social media outlets. My responsibilities for this non-profit organization were very diverse. Initially I had a primary role in organizing and conducting a large fund-raising auction and during the season I manage the team web sites. As Race Administrator for several regional events; my duties included managing the finances, registration, logistics and graphic design for a 400+ athlete event. While an alpine ski coach I strive to convey a complex and challenging process to young children in a form that they both understand and enjoy this requires group leadership skills as well as a strong ability to address various learning styles and attention spans.

While at Expeditors I worked as part of a team that created the majority of the corporate marketing pieces. I was part of many large scale projects including the yearly calendar, the web site, and many sales brochures, marketing packets and presentations which required organization and time management. I designed in all forms of media, including but not limited to: environmental design, brochures, newsletters, books, posters, html, and flash. As well I gained experience in pre-press production, budgeting, and off set printing processes.
