• Responsible for managing relationships with clients, recruiting, overseeing interview processes, and developing business with new clients within the market. • Manage time balancing recruiting, business development, and handling 20+ opening with 8-10 clients at a given time.• Build lasting relationships with key managers and decision makers within each company to develop knowledge of clients’ business, culture, and functions of different groups/departments.• Qualify key requirements, responsibilities, and personality to develop full understanding of open positions.• Work with candidates to understand their experience, skills, career goals, and motivating factors.• Screen candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, and soft skills needed to meet and surpass job requirements and company expectations. • Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, informing them on hiring trends, salary ranges within markets, interview processes, and techniques to attract the right candidates or to appeal to the right company.• Guide and coach candidates and hiring managers through interview, offer, and onboarding processes.• Negotiate salaries and compensation packages while balancing the best interests of both the candidate and client.• Negotiate contracts and fee agreements with clients.• Perform reference checks, orchestrate background/drug screening, and assist with pre-hire and onboarding criteria. • Identifying and interviewing internal candidates for Recruiter or Executive roles to continue company growth.Areas of Expertise include:• Automaton & Controls• Maintenance• Manufacturing & Process Engineering• Production• Quality• Supply Chain, Logistics, & Demand Planning• Tooling• Machining, Fabrication, & Welding• Product Development & Design
