• Private arm of the French National Railroad (SNCF) that received an eight-year, $2.6 billion contract to take over maintenance and operations of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) vast commuter.
• As head of internal and external communications, oversaw all print and digital messaging of the new contractor to its 122,000 daily passengers; established relationships with press and community while launching.
• Provided outreach and messaging to 2,000+ new employees during transition from MBTA to KCS.
• Helped define the public voice of KCS’s groundbreaking Twitter Customer Service outreach program.
• Managed daily high-profile crisis communications throughout winter of 2014-2015 when severe weather regularly impacted Commuter Rail services.o Shot, edited, and published videos throughout winter to “show the work”.

• Public-private oversight body for New England’s largest convention venue – the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center -- the smaller Hynes Convention Center, Springfield’s MassMutual Center and the Boston Common Garage.
• As head of communications, oversaw day-to-day media relations, including press releases, press conferences, short- and long-term media strategies, crisis-messaging plans, social media, and promotional videos.
• Led all press and public communication for MCCA’s Top 5 Initiative -- a $1B, five-year campaign designed to expand the Boston Convention & Exhibition space and vault Boston into the Top 5 convention destinations in.
• Wrote speeches for executive director and prepped for array of legislative hearings and media appearances.
• Created and oversaw the creation of MCCA’s first social media channels; established voice and digital strategies while ensuring MCCA kept pace with evolving industry standards.
• Managed and executed major media events and press conferences, including the 10-year agreement between MCCA and PAX East Video Game Conference.

• State governing body overseeing the 138-mile Mass Pike -- from Stockbridge to Boston -- the transformational Central Artery Project (a.k.a. the Big Dig), and the construction and opening of a chain of parks and public.
• Managed press and online communications for the MTA, including the controversial Big Dig and other major city projects that renewed Boston’s Central Artery.
• Coordinated efforts in partnership with MassDOT and Governor Deval Patrick’s press office.
