Throughout my career in environmental risk control, I’ve always gotten the most fulfillment through leading with empathy to create better solutions for our clients. In my role in executive leadership, I get the bonus of working both with our great technical and client leadership teams and directly with our clients, seeing the results of our soutions in action. Currently, I’m the Sustainable Solutions Development Leader for our Environmental Business Unit at Woodard & Curran, Inc., an engineering, science, and operations company that develops customized resource management & restoration strategies in water and environment for commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental organizations. I serve as one of the managing executives in the company and my recent focus has been leading our national expansion strategy for sustainability, sharing our environmental solutions across new geographies and into new markets. My hope and my passion is to expand the positive impact of our work. I started with the company 20+ years ago as a Project Manager, and quickly moved into leadership positions, continually driving growth and client value. Over the years, I have gained industry expertise and have written or contributed to research papers, published articles, and white papers on environmental issues and solutions.Outside of the office, I like to hike and kayak and put in hard work in the gym. I am passionate about helping people achieve their best. At home, my to-be-read pile usually contains books that help our team and our clients take their practices and organizations to the next level.
