I am the founder of NTP, a community-driven recruitment agency expanding across the East Coast of Australia, as well as partner in RemoteTechJobs, a growing platform that helps companies and talent connect and thrive in a remote-first world. I’m most passionate about seeing both tech professionals and companies thrive, by having the right person in the right company. I believe life is too short to do a job you hate, and both individual and company alike will succeed when you find the right fit. Thorough my career I’ve been an early stage investor in multiple tech-startups, and placed hundreds of tech professionals into jobs that has allowed companies from startups through to ASX listed companies to build and develop their teams. In addition, I host the NTP Podcast with tens of thousands of downloads that aims to highlight the incredible work and tech talent in Australia.
