Oversea the Audio Visual Projects team within UBC IT. Manage and mentor a fantastic team of four full time Project Managers, three AV designers, three installation technicians, project coordinator and project administrator. Work closely with counterparts in AV support and AV programming to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage relationships with key clients and partners, and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent AV projects ranging from basic meeting rooms and digital signage to multi-year, major capital/new construction initiatives.
