- Utilize culturally responsive pedagogy and content to reach ethnically and linguistically-diverse learners - Teach World History, United States History, and Modern American History and Contemporary Issues- Serve as Faculty Advisor to the Father Matignon Student Council, where we have planned school events, charity drives, organized speakers, and work with administration to create equitable school policy and procedure rooted in the Catholic tradition - Work on the Curriculum Committee to ensure students are receiving the education they deserve

- Serve as a Social Studies Teacher at Matignon High School, teaching 9th grade Global History and 12th grade Contemporary Issues- Study at the Lynch School of Education at Boston College to earn a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction - Live in intentional community with other corps members committed to simple living and teaching in underserved communities

- Collaborate with students on their papers and assignments.- Tutor ESL/ESOL students to reach their full potential despite the various challenges they face in the classroom.

- Serve as a resource and community builder with freshman and sophomore undergraduate students.- Plan programs and events for student-residents to become aware of Siena's resources and to aid them in their social, personal, and professional development. - Assist in ensuring that residents comply with the various rules and standards expected through our Catholic and Franciscan heritage. - Complete various administrative tasks and file various reports to ensure the safety and positive living experience of residents..

• Create plans to assist various endeavors throughout the Capital District of New York State.• Research strategies, curriculum, and best practice methods to incorporate into the Big Brother-affiliated Siena College Mentoring Program.• Perform as the Athletic Director and Swim Coach for the Mentoring Program Summer Camp. • Facilitate the yearly FCSA effort into the Equinox Thanksgiving Dinner by recruiting volunteers and organizing transportation. .
