Leveraged an array of user research methods to identify the needs of Hispanic restaurant managers to inform our design approach.Designed interactive learning site for English Under the Arches (EUA) program, which allowed hundreds of McDonald’s managers to build their English skills online.Wrote and designed training materials and marketing materials, including the migration path, coursework, regional implementation guide and restaurant implementation guide.
