CurrentDesigning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for the video communications service line, telehealth technologies and digital media platforms.Leads and supervises the implementation of new technologies and equipment related to video conferencing, Telehealth and Digital Media services.Manages varying complexities of projects while serving as a point of escalation for VC team members.Configuring dial plans, call policies and service maintenance within Cisco and Polycom VC infrastructures.Operation of Crestron AV control systems, Cisco and Polycom codec’s, MCU’s, Gatekeepers, and associated AV equipment.Designs AV conference room technologies as well as facilitates proper equipment placement to meet the needs of the business.Manages the implementation and maintenance of databases and directories associated with conferencing services for existing and new users. Install or assist vendors in the installation and maintenance of software systems related to UC technologies.Leads root-cause analysis of technical issues to achieve timely resolution of trouble tickets. Promote and increase the adoption of VC offerings by monitoring trends and analytics.
