Founded and led the company to become one of the largest solar thermal installers in upstate NY which led to an acquisition by Energy Solar.

Developed the start-up company’s brand and marketing program, integrated a sales process including a CRM, collaborated on building the business model and lead strategic direction for the eventual acquisition from one of the largest solar companies in New York State.

Marketed for 5 verticals across 2 divisions, offering over 25 products and services under a $60m revenue stream. Management included strategic planning, brand design, communications development and marketing management.TMS saw double-digit growth in its New Media division in direct relation to the development of its integrated marketing department. The division sells to some of the top Fortune 100 companies, including Google and Microsoft and has become the market leader in its industry.
