Lead an exceptional guest (customer) experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connectionand technical product education and supporting team members to address gaps through feedback andcoaching.2. Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including making in-the-moment decisions to maintainefficiency and effectiveness of retail floor coverage and operations.

Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budgetconsiderations.3. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.4. Review, monitor, and partner with Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data and metrics(e.g., P&L statement, expenses) and inform planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review and salesplanning).5. Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning retail floor coverage and making decisionsto maintain efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations.6. Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours toefficiently receive product deliveries.7. Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives (e.g., from the SSC).8. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.9. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

-Solely responsible for activation of assigned corporate clients.-Oversee collection of activation material for Assigned Accounts.-Assist in creation of Pocket Schedules and other printed sponsored items.-Assist Corporate Sales Team in acquiring new business.-Attend community and networking events.-Create Custom Proposals for Assigned Sales Executives.-Assist in the creation of Custom promotions that accomplish client objectives.-Assist with sales reports as needed.-Responsible for exchanges of corporate tickets.-Proactive in communication with team and corporate sponsors.-Work as a team with other Partnership Activation Manager and Corporate Sales team.-Responsible for nightly activation items as assigned.-Other duties as assigned.

-Process all ticket orders including mini plans and other special ticket packages.-Provide excellent customer service while upselling tickets over the phone and in person.-Become familiar with SCORE CRM, TicketReturn ticketing, and Stadium One.-Prepare Will Call for each game by printing tickets, collecting pass lists, and checking that all equipment is in working condition.-Assist in providing information about our team, schedule, promotions, and any other events at the stadium.-Help to create a positive atmosphere within the Ticket Office and the Ticket Department as a whole.-Be visible within the community by attending different events and mascot appearances.
