Acted as technology lead on the Cogeco Capital Approval Committee and as lead technology planner in annual capital planning process.Significant achievements include; Acquisition and integration of three hydro based businesses into Cogeco, Launch of voice services in Commercial SMB space, Launch of DOCSIS 3.0, launch of switch digital video services, Development and selection of next generation optical technology strategy

Execution of plans related to the support of Cogeco Cable Canadian operation in Ontario including; cable plant, network (optical and IP), service (voice, video and data) Annual budget; capital in excess of $100 million, operating budget of $20 million with staff of 140 employees, 200 contractSignificant achievements include; Led on the launch of Packet Cable voice services to residential business unit in Ontario,Launched of generation plant technology and design, Development and implementation standardized Engineering practices within the division to improve service performance

Execution of plans related to the support of Cogeco Cable Canadian operation in Ontario specifically centred on IP related services including; network (optical and IP), systems (DHCP, DNS and Email) Annual budget; capital in excess of $40 million, operating budget of $10 million with staff of 60 employeesSignificant achievements include; Lead executive and technology champion for the development of Cogeco's residential high speed service, Repatriation of residential Internet services from Excite@Home, Developed and implemented IP and optical strategy and network backbone, Development & implemented platform and services for commercial Internet.
