Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Current• Develop and maintain complex predictive models to support forecasting, risk assessment, and strategic planning across multiple business units in line with organisational objectives. • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver meaningful insights that guide decision-making processes at various levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure data solutions address specific needs such as claims management, operational efficiency, and customer segmentation. • Monitor and audit the performance of business intelligence models to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current business processes. • Provide detailed reporting and analysis to senior management and executive committees. • Oversee the governance and documentation of data models and reporting tools to ensure compliance with internal standards, audit requirements and long-term scalability and reliability. • Advise on best practices for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across the organisation. • Train and mentor junior analysts and team members on advanced data analytics techniques, predictive modelling, and the use of new data platforms. • Ensure effective stakeholder management including working closely with department heads, claims divisions, and executive teams to align business intelligence initiatives with their operational and strategic goals.
