Communicate with research and development department in manufacturing expansions; implementing conceptual electronic/pneumatic circuitry, design of experiments for equipment challenge and part fabrication (lathing, milling, sheet metal fabrication, drill and tapping). Validation (installation, operation and process qualification) assurance on pharmaceutical process equipment; verify equipment location, orientation and integral operations conform to specifications through inspection, pneumatic, electronic and electro-mechanical testing and statistical process control.
