I was hired to maneuver projects focusing on enhancing medical health data information collection, organization, utilization, and analysis. I engaged with leaders, cross-functional teams, and partners in evaluating the efficiency of operations and driving improvements through process innovations and training. I also tracked and interpreted data to monitor project performance and refine strategy.⚡ 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆. By implementing data-driven changes, including re-establishing review procedures, retraining staff members, and upgrading database capacity to safeguard information integrity, I crystallized an accuracy rate of 99.8% across departments.⚡ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. Introducing key changes including reorganizing review charts to align with records room filing systems, I augmented workspace functionality and elevated staff’s find-ability by 90%, thereby accelerating processes.⚡ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. By restructuring the information receiving process of a significantly complex and paper-intensive study section, I eradicated process speedbumps and work duplication while also saving on material costs.⚡ 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. I cultivated competence of 30 FHS staff in executing specific data collection measures and kept every team member abreast on critical process adjustments. Notably, the Research Center Manager regarded one of the training courses as the “best we’ve ever had”.⚡ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Through championing internal team cohesiveness while also forging inter-departmental collaboration, I steered the Health Information Management department to function more openly and effectively.⚡ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. I was recognized by senior leadership for infographic quarterly and biannual data analysis reports that were easy-to-read and visually pleasing.

Initially recruited as Project Manager, I was elevated to Program Manager to spearhead the planning and implementation of the Safe Space & Youth Development program focused on enhancing healthcare access, disease prevention, and service delivery for Boston’s AAPI LGBTQIA+ community. In my role, I supervised and trained ~8 Peer Coordinators.⚡ 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. I formulated a first-of-its-kind framework – the Positive Youth Development [PYD] agenda – to align with actual needs of target population in pursuing optimum growth outcomes, sustaining participant retention at >80% in 3+ years.⚡ 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Upon the onset of the pandemic, I steered a swift shift to remote operations and programming. Later, I strategically administered a 6-digit budget grant from the state’s and city’s public health arm to ensure continued funding goals.⚡ 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. I broke the record for highest team retention organization-wide, preserving 50%+ of original members. I also pioneered a unique and personable onboarding approach that effectively set up new hires to find more meaning in the experience.🏆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗲. For my “selfless commitment to issues and events affecting AAPIs” and “efforts towards the betterment of AAPIs without self-promotion or fanfare,” I was recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Asian-American Commission.⚡ 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. Working in collaboration with 4 personnel in ideating and executing concepts through construction and installations, I led an initiative to transform a specific area into a social comfort space for participants.⚡ 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. By elevating the visual brand and posting frequency, I quadrupled the organization’s social media audience in 3 months.

As a Design Project Manager, I generated and coordinated design concepts and functional requirements for 8 projects – from initial consultation, cost-efficient material sourcing, to construction and installation.⚡ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Elevated to Outreach & Organizing Coordinator, I harmonized community engagement, campaign planning, mobilization, and communication projects to advance organization's mission.⚡ 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. As Education Specialist, I structured academic tutoring, health guidance, and intervention services to support at-risk LGBTQ+ youth; and pioneered new initiatives such as college prep assistance, financial aid, and women-identified support group.🏆 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: For my transformative efforts to empower LGBTQ+ youth, I was awarded a proclamation from the City of West Hollywood.
