I am a world leader FCG Supply HR Director for multiple categories in North America. My career began in operations and engineering and I spent over the last 10 years in HR where I developed a deep knowledge and expertise of labor-employee relations, culture transformation, and leadership staffing and development. For the last five years, I have worked for P&G’s largest businesses with brand portfolios ranging in size from $12 billion, and product supply employee populations exceeding 8,000 supporting them in organizational and HR transformation processes key to business innovation and productivity efforts. I have lived and worked overseas in an emerging market, serving as National HR Director, leading the organization startup of the first manufacturing site in Indonesia at the time. In 2013 and 2014 I was recognized two times with the P&G’s HR Inspirational Awards. I led the first manufacturing equity effort for Indonesia Universities and P&G manufacturing employees in the country.I was born in Puerto Rico and I was transferred across 7 locations and 8 business units between Latin America, North America, and Asia.
