He has held management and continuous improvement leadership responsibilities at both the facility and corporate levels with three Fortune 500 companies. Mike is both a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CMBB) and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP). He is the author of over two dozen books and has successfully applied continuous improvement techniques at the corporate, division, and local levels in manufacturing, maintenance, office, academic, healthcare and service organizations.His personal history includes work with industry leaders such as Hewlett Packard, Milliken, ExxonMobil, P&G, and Honda.
