Part of a demo team that was responsible for the deconstruction and disposal of displays at stores like Best Buy, and Verizon. Traveling all over the state of Utah from St. George to Logan.

In charge of all store operations. I would take care of interviewing possible job candidates, and hiring the best candidate. Once hired I would train them myself, or direct one of my shift leads to instruct them on procedures. I kept team on task to maintain cleanliness in the store, and make sure they were interacting with every customer and making them feel welcome. I handled weekly inventory orders through our vendors and would resolve any discrepancies with them. I would plan monthly team parties to build-up team relations and morale. My greatest accomplishment while working there would have to be cutting total hours in a pay period by 30% with out sacrificing productivity or quality. I achieved this by re-arranging my schedule so I had max employees during peak hours and reduced work force as it started to slow down.

I would help tired travelers in the dead of night find a comfy place to lay their head. This included greeting them hospitably, and thanking them for staying with us. I handled check-ins at the front desk, and reservations via telephone or fax. Responsible for keeping parking lot clean and quiet, and closing the pool area for the evening. Would also prepare breakfast for the patrons who spent the night.

I would clean, setup, and prepare the park for opening. Part of that was prepping the go-carts by checking the oil, and filling the gas up. Testing the batting cages, making sure they were working and if not close that cage and inform maintenance. Prepare arcade by stocking games with tickets, and prizes. I would then manage the team of employees scheduled, with a team meeting in the morning to get everyone on the same page and to assign duties for the day.
