I lead the Global Services Center for DSS. The center focuses on Data Analytics, Digital, Market Research, Content Management, Project Management, Business Process Support and Competitive Intelligence. With a complete P & L responsibility, I played a key role in setting up the center, processes and development of key tools. The center supports digital initiatives of Consulting, Electronics and Bio-Sciences units. Lead the Technology Partnerships.

As a Director of MIT spin-off, reQall Inc., headquartered in CA, USA, managed India operations and product development; with a team strength of 25 + and closely work with top management team that is distributed in California, Colorado, Hong Kong and Hyderabad. reQall is a tool to capture, integrate and retrieve memory (An AI based Assistant). The key responsibilities included:• Involved in operations and product innovation in the space of personal assistants• Overall administrative management of the India center

As Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy was part of organization design and was also managing strategic relationships with national and global industry and trade associations such as World Economic Forum (WEF), NASSCOM, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and others across several industry domains. Other areas include Global Marketing and Knowledge Management. I was program managing a 125 + project team for a large portal assignment while in the organization.

As a Co-Founder and COO, was responsible for leading 40 + member team and overall operations. Was involved in program managing the product development (MySmartifacts - personal and enterprise KM application)and product marketing.
