As one of the first members to join this brand new in-house engineering site, I participate in mobile application team and a lead engineer in the growing team for the brand new Uniqlo EC app.As part of digital business transformation inside FastRetailing, the brand new Uniqlo mobile app is part of next-generate EC platform, providing the best native app experience for shopping and integrating store and online business.- Establish the mobile architecture to enhance the shopping experience with high quality and flexible for business changes- Develop the UI components aligned with company's design system, which is consistent and reusable across different brands- Collaborate with GHQ mobile app team to maximize the velocity and develop new features in parallel with business people to improve conversion rate.Global EC Shanghai (GES) is a part of the Global Headquarter Engineering team, which contributes to the entire IT and FR business. - Accelerate the development of digital transformation for the E-Commerce platform- Build and deliver the next generation of Mobile Solutions- Establish the foundation and architecture to support business requirements and modern UI/UX design- Integrate the latest mobile technologies into the products- Drive innovations and consensus between members both in Shanghai and Tokyo- Work closely across teams to make schedules and deliver products on time

After one year as a scrum master, I want to explore product related area, so I spend more time on requirements and stand between product/business and technology to bridge two side, ensuring smooth delivery. I work as a Product Owner and do the following work:- Write the user story and drive consensus with Product Manager and designers- Determine the DoD and AC in the user stories- Lead the design review to discover edge cases and potential blind spots- Ensure technical feasibility and explore innovation opportunities

As I expand my responsibilities to help push the project moving forward besides engineering efforts, I take additional role as a scrum master to drive the project development process. Lead iOS Engineer for BbStudentI'm one of the first mobile engineers to join the newly established development site in Shanghai and lead the iOS development from scratch to release. My works include:- Build PoC with designers for new features or concept- Implement major features and release on schedule- Do the code review and technical training inside the team- Lead and establish the foundation and architecture of the brand new mobile apps- Coach and help new members during the onboarding period- Write technical documentation and hold regular knowledge sharing session- Tackle and research innovative new approaches to solve difficulties efficiently- Lead and form Mobile Innovation Team to bring new ideas in engineers' perspective

负责项目：淘在路上 iPhone 版、团队开发：在路上 iPhone/iPad 版负责 “淘在路上” iOS 版的开发工作，包括与后端协调制定底层数据模型，约定数据交换方式，设计 App 的整体架构和 MVC 模型，完成每个 Controller 和对应的界面视图。在 UI 力争上充分还原效果图，并与设计师进行充分沟通对视觉效果进行不断打磨。此外还与其他团队成员协作进行 “在路上” iPad 版功能的开发，包括离线游记和旅程分享等功能。个人还负责与交互和设计师一起着力对 “在路上” iPhone/iPad 版的视觉动画效果进行提升，实现包括操作提示，全局通知等动画的效果展现。

负责并独立完成的项目如下：效率类应用：Days Matter 倒数日、iCare 吃药提醒、ClassTable 课程表、MyWeek 一周计划、MyFood 饭局计划、Ad Planner 广告计划工具类应用：我的手电和尺子、我的计算器、我的首饰盒每一款效率类应用都充分利用了 Core Data 进行数据存储，在合理的数据库结构设计及可靠的存取方式之上集成了 iCloud 同步功能；此外大多数 App 还具有后台本地通知提醒，在实现的过程中充分利用了多线程来最大限度的提高使用过程中的响应速度；在界面上进行了统一的深度定制；能够熟练的实现自定义界面的绘制并对自定义界面的设计有着深刻的理解，能在实现过程中着重优化图形及图像的绘制性能。工具类应用着重在使用的可靠性和易用性上进行了优化，在充分利用 iOS 设备传感器的基础上，使用底层的触控接口进行功能实现，并且还引入了一些创造性的界面绘制方式来简化绘制操作，并为实现诸如主题切换等一类的功能创造便利条件。
