Business Engineering supports Operations with Claims handling for health care insurance.To better serve our customers, all clients are migrated to a new platform Solife. Therefor I lead and support a team of 7 business analysts who instore a Business Rule Engine to treat claims in a more automatic way.

Together with our direction and Business developer, I prepare the price offers.

The recall system in Belgium is unique in Europe and well organized.We manage the publication of the recall to all retail pharmacists, wholesalers and hospitals in Belgium and Luxemburg. We organize the recall of the products to our premises as well as the reimbursment of the pharmacists and destruction if needed.We are GDP certified since April 1st 2019As head of Recall, I'm responisable for the logistic organisation of the Recalls and the storage of the returned goods according to the legal recommandations.

Our laboratory is a central player of the post-marketing surveillance of the medicines available in Belgium. We are accredited by BELAC in accordance with the ISO 17025 norm and we are certified by the FAMHP and the WHO. We offer analytical services and advice for medicines and compounded preparations and we are involved in the quality control of food supplements and medical devices dispensed in the pharmacy.. We organize recalls of non-compliant products.My job consists in supervising, coaching and organizing the daily activities of the administrative team and the team Recalls. My team and I, we launch the analyses and evaluate and communicate the results, we treat product complaints from pharmacists and we keep our different databases up to date. I take care of the invoicing as well as the good performance of the lab team to evaluate our KPI’s with the financial division and the reviewer.I’m also concerned in the evaluation and implementation of the different informatics-programs such as our websites, our Web application for the Recalls, our DGO program, CRM and I ‘m the responsible of the lab in the User’s Club.

As PMO Manager I follow-up all the projects started to launch our Center of Excellence: Phasius.As project manager I’m responsible for 2 projects now: Pricing and the Selection and Implementation of a LIMS for our Laboratory.
