Specialties/expertise: Adult psychiatry with a focus on psychosis, early detection and intervention of psychosis, transdiagnostic expression of (subclinical) psychosis. Screening and consultation, assertive community treatment (F)ACT, psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy / dose-optimalisation (research-policlinic).Research on psychological and neurobiological mechanisms of mental illness from a transdiagnostic perspective. Special interests: brain structure/function (neuroimaging), psychoneuroendocrinology (e.g. stress hormones), genetic-epidemiology, gene-environment interaction in psychosis (stress, trauma, substance use, urbanicity), mobile health technology (electronic-selfmonitoring diagnostics and interventions), N=1 farmacotherapy/dose-optimalisation research, diversity (eg. gender issues).
