Additional stakeholders include production talent, multimedia team, creative team, copy editor, permissions, content experts, and program sponsors/directors. - Monitor and facilitate communications of stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in from high-level stakeholders. - Manage and control output from stakeholders and ensure project deliverables meet project specifications.
