I love being a leader and a role model. Being able to coach people in the right direction is something I’m very good at. I’ve been a Store Manager for over 4 years and a manager in general for over 8 years, the experience has been rewarding. I’ve learned a great deal about business and how each program or process impacts our business. In general a retail manager’s role is to run a store successfully and in certain circumstances have a shrink sort of mind. Working on the shop floor, we are in constant contact with their customers and staff. We are responsible for ensuring our staff gives great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store, and keeping a Covid safe environment.
