I'm a dedicated junior at Oklahoma State University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. My passion is to foster positive work environments and build strong employee relations. I am also a member of the Human Resource Management Association on campus, where I am able to work on my interpersonal skills and network with fellow human resource students. In meetings we are able to hear directly from HR professionals, work on case studies, brainstorm ideas, and network with each other.As a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, I have developed my leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. I am a part the philanthropy committee, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, and the public relations/merchanising committee. These committees have helped me become more involved in the chapter and become closer to my sisters. I have also gotten the opportunity to work with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, where we have held different on campus events to raise money and also having the opportunity visit their headqaurters in Oklahoma City to cook for their families. These experiences have all been so motivating and rewarding. They have taught me compassion, humility, and optimism. I'm eager to apply my academic knowledge, practical experience, and interpersonal skills to a dynamic HR role. I hope to facilitate a positive, comfortable, and safe environment wherever I start my career.
