• Welcoming and assisting over 90 customers per day, guiding them in locating products, and providing solutions to their needs.• Communicating with customers as I assist them with their sale checkout, returns, exchange, warranty claims, and other product or service concerns.• Responsible for printing end-of-the-day reports, reconciling cash transactions over five tills, and preparing the brinks deposit for cash collection.

Reporting to the Accounting Department Head, I was primarily responsible for managing accounts payable, while also obtaining experience in accounts receivable and payroll through cross-position coverage. Key Responsibilities:• Manages expenses incurred for over 30 small and large-scale interior design and construction projects such as palaces, commercial spaces, and offices.• Coordinates with more than 60 local and international vendors to establish credit line contracts and resolve purchase orders, invoices, payments, discrepancies, credit memos, and documentation. • Prepares payment through check, bank transfer, or cash by verifying purchase orders, reconciling vendor invoices, and obtaining confirmation from the Project Managers. • Ensures timely recording of transactions, allocating them to their respective accounts, cost drivers, and projects. • Reconciles two bank accounts monthly and updates the Accounting Department Head on the company’s bank balances and any significant movements. • Maintains and organizes historical digital and physical records by scanning, renaming, and filing documents. • Assists in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements according to its requirements.
