Engaged in 1:1 services with clients of ages ranging 4-14. In this position I worked under wonderful BCBAs, utilizing behavior intervention plans for each client to decrease maladaptive behaviors. Additionally, worked diligently to ensure that my work was tailored to each clients individual needs and skills by going over all client-specific protocols prior to each session.

Managed guests in groups of up to 30 people and ran games of groups of 2-10 from start to finish. Provided exceptional customer service on the phone as well as in person, both in and out of the games. Applied critical thinking to resolve challenges in a timely manner in order to provide the best experience for guests.

Created monthly content calendars for clients to ensure content was created and posted in a timely manner. Went on-site to client locations to shoot content. Created captions and hashtags for SEO optimized postings. Collaborated with coworkers to bring in fresh ideas and content.
