I’m manager with over 10-years experience in development, introduction and monitoring of new processes and services in logistics. Currently leading the expansion of APM Solutions locker network in Poland.During last two year I was project manager responsible for launching locker delivery and pickup service in DHL offer for business and private customers. Previously, I’ve launched and developed DHL ServicePoint network up to 14 000 locations through cooperations with partners such as Żabka, Legardere Travel Retail, Shell and SwipBox. In the beginning of my carrieer in DHL I was also responsible for setting up new process and teams in order to control the process of contracts return for DHL key customers, pallet circulation, courier scanner administration. As a result of my background in reporting I’m focused on analytical thinking and data driven decision making. Ground rule, which I follow in team building and partner management, is frank and open communication and exchange of beliefs and ideas. My current professional objective is to build and improve the organisation of APM Solutions as the dark horse of Polish locker market.
