Organized and managed courses, trainings, workshops, congresses and lectures in dental medical field. Coordinated internal staff trainings, booths at dental events, co-organized dental expo booths. Responsible for all company branded events organized for dental specialists (DDS/MD). Worked closely with KOL’s in Polish market as well as international KOL’s associated with distributed brands. Personally coordinated and oversaw major events. Closely cooperated with major implant brand on organizing an International Congress in Kraków with over 1500 participants from 32 countries. Responsible for meeting both individual and annual budget goals for events department.
