Responsibilities: - managing processes of the biggest clients (dividends, corporate actions, awards) - operating on databases, data analysis and client reporting (SQL, Excel, VBA) - automatisation and optimatisation of processes handled by the team - providing trainings to coworkers in many different locations of Computeshare Group (Barcelona, Bejing, Bristol, Warsaw) - building a good working relationship with external key stakeholders

Responsibilities: - investigation and verification of suspected treansactions of Groupons's customers - effective data analysis of fraudulent patterns to prevent unauthorized activities in future - preparation of reports, updating anti fraud rules (based on SQL engine) - automatisation of internal processes with creation of VBA macros

Analyst II in Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services team (FIDS)Responsibilities:- Participation in many different projects connected with the subject of corporate frauds and abuses- performing analysis of clients' procedures (bank, pharmaceutical and others)- analysing client's data to identify fraudulent patterns- work with e-discovery tools - ad hoc researches

Responsibilities: - monitoring of clients' transactions to counteract fraudulent activities occured to phishing and malware, based on daily observations providing feed to update anti fraud rules (SIEM) - coordination team's efforts to counteract fraudulent activities- Support of biggest corporate clients (mostly focused on integration of clients' payment files with Bank's structures ELIXIR, XML)
