I've started an adventure with White Label startup (http://ffflabel.com/) in a role of CTO and Chief Product Officer to help us grow and take on more challenging awesome projects than ever before!

I was working as part of the Global System Integrators and Service Providers Product Management team focusing on Symantec security product portfolio. In this global role I was closely engaged in opportunities and joint offerings with Symantec strategic partners that include: Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, HP, IBM and Fujitsu at global and regional (UK, USA, APJ) level.My responsibilities included:• Create a forum that allows for cross functional input into requirements identification, prioritization and delivery commitment• Assist Product Management in capturing unique use cases, solution gaps, feature requirements using approved processes and tools• Coordinate, align and drive cross functional (Product Teams, Sales, Customer) cooperation to understand, document and commit to identified requirements• Coordinate early product launch engagements (POC, Alpha, Beta) by organizing kick off, feedback and demo meetings, documenting progress and assisting Product Management to track feedback, requirements definition and issues resolutions• Provide a repository and track documentation of business case, roadmaps, requirements, project documentation, meeting notes, project task tracking• Keep cross functional teams and senior management informed of current projects, requirements and initiatives status, issues, and solutions
