I am policy-oriented digital economist. I have strong analytical skills and academic background in microeconomics and industrial organization. I have over 20 years of research experience in telecoms, digital markets and online platforms, gained from work in academia and public and private research institutions. I supported the design of major digital policy initiatives of the European Commission: Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act. I am competent in computing, economic and econometric modelling, structural demand estimation, choice experiments, data analysis and survey techniques.
