• Providing deal strategy and compliance for Google Cloud Platform products by employing best practices in the drafting, negotiation, redlining and reviewing of Saas agreements such as NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs, RFI/RFP and Pricing agreements for EMEA market• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders like sales, go-to-market (GTM), pricing and legal for a perfect deal desk experience• Managing high-value deals (Direct and Partner/Resold) and liaising with teams in EMEA• Performing legal operations and implementation for deal strategy• Ensuring compliance with company's policy and procedures, laws and regulations like CCPA, HIPAA, CDPA, GDPR, Fedramp and US Privacy laws• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Sandbox, CPQ/CLM, Jira, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Project/Program Management, Contract & Vendor Management and Strategic Management
