By beeing Operations Manager I was monitoring and coaching Project Managers and Team Leads discussing with them what the work using Agile really means to us. I conducted several internal trainings and a few external presentations about Agile, Scrum, Estimation Poker, Lean, Canban. I enjoyed to see how work in Agile way allowed us to make our customers successful.

I've started a .Net team at Goyello that had grown to almost 30 people. I was taking care of each individual person by having with him/her personal evaluations and feedback meetings. Meanwhile I was actively working on my technical skills by working on several successful projects that used all kind of Microsoft solutions (ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, WPF, Windows Services, IIS, Silverlight, Web Services etc.) I was also taking care of the coding standards and the DoD (Definition of Done) awareness.
