Lead for drafting, execution and negotiation of creator talent agreements globally, brokering deals on behalf of Brand client to ensure their rights are protected whilst ensuring creators execute their creative services.As part of my role I regularly reviewed creative content for Advertising Standards, Federal Trade Commission compliance. My main duties revolved around enforcement of trademarks and copyrights of the brand to prevent infringement online globally and offline in the United Kingdom.As part of my role I supported on litigious IP disputes concerning counterfeit products, trademark infringement and defending trademark oppositions.I was tasked with maintaining our china customs approvals each year to allow factories to export brand products globally whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and customs procedures, aided by our externalities counsel.I managed our external brand protection provider to ensure counterfeit listings were taken down and appropriate escalation mechanisms were in place for any potential legal action against bad actors.I delivered training both internally and externally on counterfeit goods and promoting the brand trademarks with law enforcement and external counsel to ensure good relationships and litigation opportunities.
