1. Making sense out of customer data to improve business performance of the business line - applying data science to real business needs (first 2 cases launched in the Bank)2. Building BNP Paribas competence center for Agro clients (Agro Hub) in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for SME and Agro projects within global BNP Paribas 2020 Digital Transformation program (IRB Forward)1. Introduced first predictive analytics solution in BGZ BNP Paribas - anti-churn model for SME clients2. Implemented first start-up delivered solution in the bank - NuDelta OCR for processing financial standings of SME clients3. Created and supervised implementation of Nomadism for SME project - first suite of dedicated tools for SME Relationship Managers tablets - scrum sprints4. Managed design of first mobile loan application app for SME relationship managers - from design, MVP validation and testing on to ready for launch

Inventing, designing, implementing new products and services for Food & Agro banking in Poland

Main responsibilities:- Managing a team responsible for product development and supporting (structuring) key credit deals with Agro producers organizations and renewable energy projects (RE); - Managing product offer for Retail and Corporate clients (EU grants and Sustainable Energy)- Coordinating support activities nation-wide as well as between various business divisions of BGŻ Bank; - Identifying market opportunities and developing product offering; - Developing BGŻ competency centre for RE (macroeconomic analysts, risk analysts, sales support); - Coordinating tasks related to RE financing with Rabobank HQ in Utrecht;- Managing 7 FTEs;1. Increased result on product category yoy +46%; 2. Committed ~250 MEUR of senior finance for sustainable energy projects (2010-2012) - Top 5 Bank in Poland3. Committed ~50 MEUR of senior finance for biogas projects (2010-2012) - #1 Bank in Poland4. Committed ~300 MEUR of senior finance for producers' organizations in Poland (2009-2012) - #1 Bank in Poland5. Prepared farmers survey (qualitative and quantitative), gained in-depth knowledge of Polish farmers needs for banking services – as a basis for implementation of new BGŻ strategy;6. Prepared business concept, business plan and got Management Board approval for extension of team by implementing new business model for key F&A clients; 7. Negotiated and closed a 50 MEUR deal with EBRD for a loan agreement with BGŻ;

- Advisory services for customers planning to complete investment projects supported from EU structural funds.- Selection of financial instruments for securing project's financial engineering (credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit).- Financing renewable energy prjects (biogas/biomass and wind power)- Product support for Relashionship Managers and Advisors.- Training and coaching for RMs and Advisors for all issues regarding product support and EU Funds / structural funds.- Development of new credit facilities.- Organization of marketing campaigns.1. Captured 3rd place on the market of EU-supported projects financing; 2. Increased average margin on loans by 56%; 3. Identified market gap, implemented a credit product for Agro producers organizations – captured 32% market share (1st place) - average loan volume ~2-2.5 MEUR;
