My vision is to shape the future of iGaming, creating unforgettable entertainment experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.My previous experiences revolved around creating and implementing strategies, managing innovations, and digitalizing processes within a large organization. I held the position of Director of the Strategy, Innovation, and International Relations Department at Totalizator Sportowy - the Polish lottery operator, the owner of the LOTTO brand, and one of the most recognizable companies in Poland. I was responsible for implementing strategic projects, such as cashless payments at LOTTO Points of Sale and Gaming Halls, as well as on the Totalizator Sportowy online portals. I also pioneered the use of federated identity solutions for customer onboarding, a first implementation of this kind in the gaming and betting industry in Poland. In the past I have dealt with strategic communication and marketing at EY Poland for more than 5 years from 2011 until 2016. I led such communication projects as rebranding from Ernst & Young to EY, Polish Football Business Report (Ekstraklasa Piłkarskiego Biznesu), Tricity office opening and many more. I was also responsible for online communication and for 2 years I was the head of Internal Communications. Prior to EY I worked at Euro RSCG Sensors (currently Havas) where I have led communication projects for the likes of: Heineken Group brands, BNP Paribas, PGE (the largest Polish energy company). I was chosen as Employee of the year in 2007 and 2008. Euro RSCG Sensors, won 3 Golden Clip (Złoty Spinacz) awards (year-by-year) for campaigns I was involved in.
