Application Specialist
CurrentI manage the ERP application: installing and creating new user accounts, deploying them, conducting basic and advanced training, customizing layouts, setting up access according to roles in the company, troubleshooting current issues, modifying settings and modalities from quotations to implementation (project management) to service (warranties, O&M contracts) and whatever else is needed. Thus, I directly support Project Managers but also Sales, Procurement, Service and Finance personnel in their day-to-day efforts, especially in project management, tasks managements and milestones completion, periodical business review reports, budget creation and reporting results.I also ran UATs after application upgrade. I developed scenarios by business processes and beyond, then tested and coordinated testing by PMs. Finally, I developed reports, notified errors and bugs to fix them.
